The developers of MotiWay do not take responsibility for any actions taken by users based on AI-generated recommendations. Users are solely responsible for any consequences that may arise from their use or misuse of the app's features, including but not limited to actions that may result in harm, loss, or legal liability.

6. Subscriptions

MotiWay offers subscription-based access to the features of the app. These subscriptions are auto-renewable, meaning that they will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled by the user at least 24 hours before the renewal date.


Subscription Terms:

  • Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at the confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription will automatically renew at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by accessing your account settings after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MotiWay and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
